A graduate of the University of South Alabama, I hold a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education/Language Arts and a master's degree in Gifted Education. This school year marks the beginning of my 25th year teaching in Mobile County Public Schools. I spent 18 years teaching Gifted Education/PACE at Hankins Middle School. I came to Clark-Shaw in 2018.
I am married and have two boys: a 15-year old stepson, Jayden, and an 9 year old son, Jayce. We also recently adopted a redtick hound named Loki.
