Denise Burch

Education

I graduated cum laude with degrees in Biology and in Secondary Science Education from the University of South Alabama.

Experience

This is my 17th year teaching middle school science. Previous to teaching at Clark-Shaw, I taught science for 3 years at The Pathway School and 5 years at Hankins Middle School. I also taught dance for 2 years at McGill-Toolen.

I am a HUGE Alabama football fan (Roll Tide)! My husband and I have a nine year old son and a five year old daughter. I am an avid reader (when I have time) and love to watch science fiction and super hero movies and shows.
